If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition (unwashed, unworn and with original sales tags attached). Please send us the completed customer return/exchange form and original receipt within 14 days. Once we receive your shipment, we will issue a credit in your original form of payment, less shipping and handling, within 5-7 business days. For exchanges, we will process the exchange as a return followed by a new order.
Final Sale: All discounted merchandise, accessories and swimwear orders are final sale; no returns, exchanges or store credit will be given.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item if the above conditions have not been met.
If the item(s) was purchased from another on-line retailer or physical store, it must be returned to retailer you purchased it from. Foreaxelandhudson.com is not responsible for any other store policies and procedures outside of foreaxelandhudson.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If any part of your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a refund or replacement.
For your protection, we recommend that you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Fore!! is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid.
All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday - Friday are processed within 7-10 business days of payment verification. If Express or Expedited Shipping option is selected, orders are processed the same business day as the payment method is verified. In order to get an exact quote for shipping, simply add your zip code at the shopping cart.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
